Raymond Werbicki





Ray Werbicki is a London-based independent commercial arbitrator and international arbitration consultant. Ranked by independent legal publications for several years as one of the UK’s leading arbitration lawyers, he has conducted over 70 international, domestic, ad hoc and administered arbitrations, under a wide variety of arbitration rules, as a Solicitor Advocate (England & Wales) and Barrister & Solicitor (Ontario). He has been appointed by arbitral institutions and arbitrating parties to serve as tribunal chair, sole arbitrator and party nominee in numerous substantial arbitrations. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) and a member of several panels of arbitrators, including the ICDR(AAA), WIPO and SCIA. He has served as a Visiting Professor of Law (teaching international commercial arbitration) at the University of Western Ontario.
